Amplify Screen now waits 8 seconds of continuous silence before advancing to the next question, up from 6 seconds. This change applies automatically to all voice screening sessions.

Why does it matter?

The previous threshold sometimes cut candidates off mid-thought, particularly those who needed a moment to gather their response or were screening in a second language. This update gives candidates a more natural, comfortable experience and helps ensure screenings reflect their actual qualifications.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using the Amplify Screener with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition. No additional configuration is required.
